Working with Tünde for the past months has been one of the best choices I took this year. First of all, she made me understand what being a REAL coach means, a coach who loves her job, connects with people, and brings out the best in you. 🦸‍♀️

The first thing that she brought into my life is clarity - just knowing your values, your vision and what you can do to become better everyday will make stress disappear. Now I can say I wake up everyday happy - not the kind of happy you are when you win a game, or get a prize - but the kind of daily happiness that comes when you know you are on the right track. 🔭

Before attending Tünde's training sessions, I had no social media experience, only a strong interest. What I loved about the training was the fact that everything was very well organized and based on concrete and up-to-date examples. Tünde is both a friendly person and a great coach. She was always open to hearing our questions and, why not, ideas. The whole training was rather an open conversation than a one-man show. It was definitely the spark that lit my actual career and I'll always be very grateful for that opportunity.

I didn't exactly know what to expect from a coaching session, what it means or how I can benefit from it. I just knew that I was not particularly happy with my career path at that time, something was missing from my professional and personal life, I wanted a change but I had no idea where to start, what to do or what was that I actually, truly needed. And I panicked more often than not.

Tünde was my guide. She helped me realize who I already was and how capable I actually am of achieving, well, myself. I function best though thorough planning, so that's what we did. She adapted to my needs and we spent time on various areas of my life, we analyzed them,  see what it was missing and what I can do about it through actionable steps. It wasn't just about talking, but doing. With every week that passed, it felt like things were falling into place and if not, Tünde taught me to look at what might seem as a failure from a whole different perspective. Things aren't even half as bad as we think they are and I've learned that with Tünde in less than 5 weeks. There's always something we can learn from the people around us and I am glad and grateful she was the one by my side through this growth experience.

Not to mention the safe zone she creates, a safe environment where I could say anything without being judged.

Her ‘gift’ and ability to notice the essence of my challenges.

What have you achieved from your coaching collaboration so far?

I went from an impulsive, anxious Flavius who was unaware of his emotions and values,

to a Flavius who is calmer, in more control of his emotions, with healthy boundaries and who understands what motivates him and how he can improve on a daily basis while developing healthy habits.

I am calmer, more present and aware than ever and I now understand the change I went through and what were the things that were holding me back from progress.

I managed to identify and understand my emotions, my anger, and most importantly I manage to control my emotions.

On a professional level I made some decisions that freed me from anxiety, helped me to take control of my life and to understand what I truly want.

What has changed in your life since working on your EQ development?

When I got my assessment results, my life became more of an open book.

I could clearly see my strengths and weaknesses. I finally understood why certain things are easier for me to do and others are not.

Working on my EQ has a huge impact on all of my relationships simply because I now know myself better and what I need to pay attention to.

I am a better father, husband, son, and friend due to the fact that I am more aware, I accept myself and want to continually develop.

What do you appreciate about your professional relationship with Tünde?

1. The most important thing is the absolute care, warmth and kindness that Tünde shows every time we speak.

2. Next will be the professionalism and the excellence that she inspires.

3. Third is her ability to understand your feelings, understand you as a person, her ability to ask the right questions and guide you through the labyrinth of your own mind.

I can speak with her about literally everything that goes through my mind without being worried not even one bit of being judged. And this has helped me to fix all my problems that in my mind seemed unfixable because I was to afraid to talk to someone about them.
